Terms Under this offer any purchaser of new license for Network File Monitor Professional (the "Product"), who has fully and unconditionally agreed with these Terms and agreed to be bound by these Terms, is entitled to receive a license for one (1) extension for the Product (the "Extension") for FREE (the "Offer"). The Offer is subject to the following conditions:

1. Only the purchaser of the new license(s) for the Product after the "01" December 2009 is entitled to the Offer (e.g.: any subscription to updates is not covered by the Offer).
2. When more than one (1) license of the Product is purchased the purchaser is entitled to receive the same number of licenses for selected Extension as the number of purchased licenses for the Product.
3. Secure Protocol Extension is expressly excluded from the list of Extensions, the license to which may be received under the Offer.
4. The Offer is time limited and may be terminated by AAR Software LLC at any time in its own discretion without any preliminary or subsequent notification thereof and without any compensation of any damages occurred (if any).
5. The terms of the Offer are subject to change by AAR Software LLC. at any time in its own discretion without any preliminary or subsequent notification thereof and without any compensation of any damages occurred (if any).
6. Your request for "Any Extension for FREE" means your full and unconditional agreement with the terms of the Offer.
7. After the purchase of the Product you will receive an email with license keys (i) for the Product and (ii) for the Extension(s) (as appropriate).
8. Any liability of AAR Software LLC under the Offer or in connection therewith is expressly excluded.
