Use Network section to set up the network components of the program:

"Retry count" - specifies how many connect retries should be done in case of the network error.

"SMTP timeout", "Ping Timeout", "FTP/HTTP Timeout" and "POP3 Timeout" - the interval in seconds after which an attempt to perform an SMTPor ICMP operation will be repeated in case of its previous failure.
