"Task ID" - the task identifier. It can be useful in the command line options, reporting and some other features. Task ID is read only.
"Keep temporary files in" - a folder used to store important task data. You may need to change this folder if you don't have enough free space on a hard disk drive. In order to restore the default folder location press Restore button. In order to remove task temporary files from disk press Remove button.
"Default temporary folder location" - in order to restore the default location for the task temporary folder press Restore button.
"Temporary files" - in order to remove the task temporary files press Remove button.
"Task priority" - use this field to set the task priority. Please note that setting up a high rate of priority can influence on your system performance. In most cases it is enough to set the priority to Normal.
"On error" - specifies FTP Replication Monitor behaviour in case of an error during the replication. The possible options are:
"Continue task execution" - ignore error and continue task execution;
"Interrupt task execution" - interrupt task execution and try to repeat it according the task schedule or error handling settings;
"Stop task" - stop task execution.
The default value is "Continue task execution"
"Size of file copy buffer, KBytes" - this option manages the memory allocated for copy file operation. Use bigger buffer size for long files to increase performance of copying.
Pre-processing options
"Compression type" - type of the compression used by File Compression extension for the file pre-processing. Note that some compression types do not support compression in a single file. So if Compress to a single file option is used select ZIP, TAR or JAR compression type.
"Encryption type" - choose the strong encryption algorithm used by File Encryption Extension if the encryption is selected as a task pre-processing method.
Error handling
"Error handling" - see Error handling chapter.
Normally there is no need to change Advanced settings.
