FTP Replication Monitor is the software for monitoring, backup, synchronization and distribution in local networks and in Internet of:
| • | single files, |
| • | groups of files, |
| • | WWW documents, |
| • | mail boxes, |
| • | remote computers, |
| • | hard disks of local or remote computers, |
| • | event log files. |
The program tracks changes of selected objects and performs the following operations when necessary:
| • | copies/transfers/deletes modified files over LAN and WAN, |
| • | dispatches via LAN the notifications, which can be received by the Messenger service (Windows 2000/Server 2003/XP), |
| • | dispatches the notifications using e-mail, SMS and ICQ (via email gates), |
| • | launches the external programs, com, exe or bat files. |
FTP Replication Monitor can track the specified Web pages, and notify you via e-mail when they change.
FTP Replication Monitor can track remote servers and workstations via the ICMP (ping) protocol and notify you via e-mail or LAN when they are down.
FTP Replication Monitor can check the letters that arrive in your mailbox. If a letter contains a specific phrase (specified by you), the program will perform the operations you have selected: copy the files, dispatch messages, start external applications etc.
FTP Replication Monitor can test the availability of free space on hard drives of local or remote computers. If the amount of free space falls below the specified limit, it will delete the files you have specified and notify you via the e-mail or LAN.
