Open Windows Control Panel, click "Add or Remove programs" item, select FTP Replication Monitor entry and press "Change/Remove" button.

Before the removing FTP Replication Monitor from your computer select FILE -> SETTINGS menu items, press Server Control button and press Uninstall Service button.
