You can monitor a mailbox for the selected incoming email messages. The files attached to the email can be replicated according the destination location list.

To select this function, press the Source type and select the Mailbox. The new settings window will appear.

POP server - enter the address of your mail server accessed via the POP protocol into this field, and the name and password required to access the mailbox in the User name and User password fields.

To verify the address click on the picture button right to the field or press F4 button. For a correct address validation other fields (such as port, user name, password, etc.) in this window or at the Network settings page must be filled with required values as well.

Use dial-up - if the Dial-up extension is used for accessing the Internet, mark this check box.

Field - select the field of the letter to be monitored: "From", "Subject", "To".

Content - enter one or several keywords into this field.  Network File Monitor Prolooks trough the letters in the mailbox, and searches the field of the letter specified in the Field field for the text from the String field. If there is a match, Network File Monitor Pro performs the tasks starting the applications (see Launching programs) and dispatching the messages (see Dispatch of messages). Wild cards can be used in the pattern for seeking. The string pattern is case sensitive, wild cards ( "*", "?" ) can be used as well.

Delete message - the letter, in which the match occurred, can be deleted from the mailbox to prevent the re-execution of the task operations, if this check box is marked.

Values from the fields From, To, Subject, MessageId of the processed letters can be used in the %FROM%, %TO%, %SUBJECT%, %MESSAGEID% macro strings.
