E-mail address - e-mail addresses of the files' recipients. Select a list item and press Insert button or click the appropriate icon on  the right side of the list. To delete address from the list select it and press Delete button or click the appropriate icon on the right side of the list. To test the address click F4 button or press the appropriate icon on right side of the list. Correct address validation requires all the other fields related to SMTP server connection (in this window or in the Network settings window) to be filled.

 
You can use macro strings in this field.

 

To verify the address click on the btn_test picture button right to the field or press F4 button. For a correct address validation other fields (such as port, user name, password, etc.) in this window or at the Network settings page must be filled with required values as well.

 

Include files - enter the names of the files separated by ";" into this field. It can be done manually, and it is also possible to use the dialog box to select the files. To open the dialog box click on the picture button at the end of the address field. It can be a filename or a name of a group of files. It is possible to use the "*" and "?" characters in filenames (for example, *.txt; A???.*)

Letter with the attached file has a subject form Message subject field. If this field is blank the email subject is a task name. A text of the email can be entered in the Message text field. To place the file name into a message text use %FILE% macro string. You can use another macro strings in that field as well.

You can specify SMTP server address and port number in the appropriate fields. If the fields are blank the server address is taken from the Network section of Program settings.

 

SMTP authentication - if SMTP server requires authorization select the authentication type form available list: plain text, login, CRAM-MD5 or POP before SMTP. Enter user login name, password and POP3 server port number in the fields below the check box. If SMTP authentication type is NONE authentication settings are taken from the Network section of Program settings.

 

Use dial-up - if the Dial-up extension is used for accessing the Internet, mark this check box.

 

Message format - a type of the message content. The message text can be written in plain or html format.

 

Message priority - you can assign a priority to outgoing messages. A new messages are created with a Normal priority by default. You can change it to Low or High.
