Source selection provides the following function:

Source type menu

New Task Wizard

•	replication and monitoring files accessing over LAN, WAN and VPN networks of local computer files

•	monitoring availability of hosts using ICMP protocol (ping)

•	monitoring Windows (R) Event log files for specified events on local and remote computers (Event log extension is required)

•	monitoring free disk space on local and remote computers

•	controls the health status of your hard disks (HDD SMART extension is required)

•	distribution of Network File Monitor Pro activity log file

•	if the NONE source was selected the selected actions are executed without file replication.
