Open Windows Control Panel, click "Add or Remove programs" item, select Network File Monitor Pro entry and press "Change/Remove" button.

Before the removing Network File Monitor Pro from your computer select FILE -> SERVER CONTROL -> SERVICE -> UNINSTALL menu items from the Network File Monitor Pro Control Center (for Windows 2000/Server 2003/XP only).
